For a few months, I’ve been working on a new album by Henk. Its title will be ‘Silence The Voices In My Head’. Just as its predecessor – Industrial Fascination – it will contain two ambient tracks. The process to create this album was a journey, without any plan or direction.
Samples and loops, together with the use of radio waves create an atmosphere of distance and alienation. The idea for the album came from an article I found, where the sentence ‘silence is an instument’ trigged me to create the two songs.
I guess I’ll be busy with this one for about a month. The album will be released on the ON-Mix Music label.
